Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7–14 days of delivery, provided:

• Items are unused

• Items are in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used instruments

• Customized or private label products

• Bulk wholesale orders (unless defective)

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review.

4. Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
